Superfriendly staff, GOOD services, and marvellous location adjacent to the restaurant for the evening meal, which was delicious, and very well-priced at € 25 for 3 courses, the mountains and Lucca and various Villas. Huge room with a safe, central heating, and a work desk, and exceptionally comfortable bed. Lovely view of swimming pool. Great pool, parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. It was like stepping back in time with its beautiful Renaissance charm. The general areas were very well-maintained and cozy, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with easy navigation and comfortable seating areas throughout.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. It would have been beneficial if they had provided more support and understanding, considering the unique requirements of older individuals.

The rooms in the cottages have a direct entrance to a large terrace, which is perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. As a guest who loves spending time outdoors, I found this feature absolutely delightful!
Although the rooms are all the same size, I personally would have preferred a larger room for a comfortable stay. However, others may still find it perfectly adequate.

Our recent New Year stay was amazing! The pool was not available due to the weather, but the views were still worth it. The room was spacious, and we had a comfy bed with an amazing view of the mountains. Breakfast was served on a terrace with a great variety of food, perfect to start the day. We loved the location, close to a village with a nice bakery and a pizza place, and also very close to Lucca and Pisa. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The restaurant. Even though the food was okay, it wasn't great, and we were hoping for more since we wanted to spend more time eating there.
